Sunflower Madness Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup Sunflower Microgreens (packed)

  • 2 Frozen bananas

  • 1 apple (skins on and roughly cut)

  • lemon juice (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup milk/ dairy free milk (or to desired thickness)

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend. enjoy!!!
